Ms. Gainey taught first grade and second grades for 36 years in Richmond County before retiring in 2019. After retirement she served as a substitute teacher in both Richmond and Columbia Counties in grades K-2. Angie joined the Covenant family in January 2025 and feels blessed daily to be in this beautiful Christian School. She believes a great teacher is Christlike, caring, consistent, and a communicator.

Angie lives in Martinez, Georgia. She has two grown sons: Josh and Dane and her dog, Cali. She attends Stevens Creek Church. Angie enjoys reading, walking, and especially, helping others.

Angie’s favorite Bible Verse is John 14:6, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
